🏏 U14–U15 HIGH PERFORMANCE ACADEMY Selective • Elite-Level Cricket Development The U14–U15 High Performance Academy is a selection-only programme for serious young cricketers ready to be challenged across every facet of the game — advanced skills, strength & conditioning, and mental preparation. This group is designed for players already involved in county or regional pathways (or those showing clear potential to reach that level). Guest county and professional coaches join throughout the term.
