This is not a generic net session. Every player will work within a focused development structure covering technique, decision-making, scoring options, game plans and performance under pressure. Sessions are split into small groups with a strict 1:3 coach-to-player ratio, giving every batter high-quality repetitions, detailed feedback and meaningful individual attention. ### 🏏 BATTING DEVELOPMENT • Technical foundations and movement • Batting against quality pace and spin • Shot selection and decision-making • Scoring options and strike rotation • Power hitting and boundary options • Building and managing an innings • Match scenarios and pressure training • Individual plans against different bowling styles ### 🎥 VIDEO ANALYSIS Batting will be recorded and reviewed in detail, with coaches analysing setup, movement, balance, bat path, contact and shot execution. Video will be used throughout the programme to identify key areas, reinforce changes and track technical progress. ### 📈 STRUCTURED DEVELOPMENT PLAN Each player will have a clear individual development plan based on their strengths, technical needs and performance goals. Coaches will set specific priorities and review progress throughout the programme to keep development focused, measurable and purposeful. ### 🧠 TACTICAL & MENTAL DEVELOPMENT Players will work on preparation, confidence, handling pressure, innings construction, game plans and making better decisions in match situations. ### 👨‍🏫 HIGH-PERFORMANCE COACHING ENVIRONMENT 18 batters. 6 coaches. 1:3 coaching ratio. Led by the HCA performance team of experienced international, franchise and professional players and coaches.
