🏏 U13–U14 HIGH PERFORMANCE ACADEMY 2026 10-Week High-Performance Programme • 1:3 Coaching Ratio The HCA U13–U14 High Performance Academy is a 10-week winter programme for ambitious young cricketers ready to train with intensity, purpose and professionalism. Designed primarily for players involved in county, regional or representative cricket, as well as those showing clear potential to progress towards that level. Players train in a high-standard, competitive environment with a 1:3 coaching ratio, allowing detailed individual feedback and focused development across the technical, tactical, physical and mental areas of performance. Saturdays | 3:00pm–6:30pm 🏏 CRICKET DEVELOPMENT • Advanced batting and bowling • Batting against quality pace and spin • Match scenarios and pressure training • Power hitting and scoring options • Bowling plans, variations and execution • High-level fielding • Tactical awareness and decision-making • Video analysis and individual feedback 💪 CRICKET-SPECIFIC S&C Players complete an initial physical assessment to establish key benchmarks and identify strengths and areas for development. Cricket-specific S&C includes gym use and specialist equipment, with a focus on strength, power, speed, movement and athletic development. Players are retested at the end of the 10 weeks to measure progress and identify their next areas of focus. 🧠 MENTORING & PERFORMANCE PSYCHOLOGY Dedicated sessions support confidence, handling pressure, preparation, goal setting, accountability and strong performance habits. 👨‍🏫 COACHING & ENVIRONMENT Led by Hamzah Khan – County Pathway Coach & Founder of the World Junior League – alongside the HCA performance team of experienced international, franchise and professional players and coaches.
